6th annual Oklahoma Eggfest

Join in the fun Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 9:00 am
to 4:00 pm. The chefs affectionately call themselves
“Egg Heads” and they come from all over the country
to Oklahoma City for fun, fellowship and to share
their passion with anyone interested in learning more
about grilling on a Big Green Egg. Watch the Eggers
in action, taste-test their specialties and listen to
several grilling classes throughout the day, all for
free! Dozens of Big Green Eggs will be cooked on one
time for this event. These “demo eggs” are available
in March for pre-purchase at a reduced rate. But

4th Annual Fired-Up Vendor Cook-off

Watch the pros put on their gloves – or their cooking
mitts – at the 4th annual Fired-Up Vendor Cook-off,
Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 10:00 am to 2:00
pm. Representatives from a great line-up of grill
manufacturers will be at this fun event showing the
specifics of how their grill is used, the benefits of
cooking on their grill and special techniques to make
your grilling the best it can be. It’s a heavy-weight
line-up with grills from Weber, Lynx, Big Green Egg,
Hasty-Bake, Lynx, Alfresco, Twin Eagles,

The Good-One Smoker and Horizon. Each
representative will have an informative 20 minute
class showcasing their products. The event is free and
there will be delicious grilled food samples throughout
the event. Help pick this year’s Fired Up grill master
by casting your peoples’ choice ballot before 2:00!
