Cookshack
Cookshack makes a pitmaster of any backyard barbeque cook. Cookshack smokers are solidly built in the USA of 16 and 18-guage carbon steel and stainless steel. The 850F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside.
Clean up is a snap. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a pan that can be washed and reused or discarded.
Put a brisket in your Cookshack before you leave for work. Come home to smoky, tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth brisket for dinner.
Cookshack smokers are compact, easy to use and turn out consistently delicious food every time. Choose the AmeriQue and you’ll have the exclusive “IQ” digital cook-and-hold electronic controller. When your desired temperatures is reached, the AmeriQue automatically enters the pre-set hold temperature where it can safely remain for several hours. The AmeriQue and the Smokette both come in solid stainless steel or a stainless steel and black powder coated combination.
