John Henry's - Old Stockyard Steak Seasoning
This is no ordinary steak seasoning, the secret lies in the combination of chili powder, garlic and annatto powder. This rub guarantees a robust flavor with a little kick at the end. Apply a light coat of olive oil, apply seasoning liberally and allow your steaks to rest at least ½ hour prior to cooking. Made for beef but also provides an excellent kick to chops and vegetables.
